Here at Copernicus Consulting Ltd. (the”Company”) we do our best to produce products and services with great care and attention to detail. We pay attention to our clients’ needs and we are confident that you will get great value from our products and services.
However, sometimes a product just isn’t a good fit for you and we understand that. This is why we offer you the protection and security of a 100% money-back refund policy on products purchased from us with the exception of fee-based consulting services where any refund is based on the terms of that specific contract. Depending on the product or service you purchased, we have a 30-day refund policy in place.
Note; Where a third party product is purchased through a link provided by the Company, the refund policy for that product is governed by the terms offered by the third party on that specific product. All claims for refunds must be directed to the Company from which the purchase was made.
How Refunds Work
With the exception of month-to-month subscriptions and fee-based consulting services, when you buy one of our products you can ask for a refund within the refund period defined for that product, no hassles, no questions asked. The refund period starts from the day you purchased the product unless otherwise specified.
Any and all physical materials you might have received, such as cards, products, physical books, DVDs, and CDs, need to be returned to us in mint condition and in the original packaging in order for your refund to be processed.
Of course, digital products that you have downloaded cannot be “returned” to us, so we trust you to not use, re-sell or otherwise re-distribute those files after you have requested a refund. If you get a refund but continue to use a product you purchased from us it is a violation of intellectual property rights laws (in other words, it’s stealing, and that’s not right).
All “recurring” products and subscriptions on a month-to-month billing cycle have a 30-day money back guarantee on the FIRST month’s billing ONLY. All subsequent months’ payments will be cancelled from the date of receiving a written cancellation notice from you. Other than for the initial payment, there are no refunds.
How to Request a Refund

. Please include the words “Refund Request” in the subject line of your email to help us to prioritize your refund.
IMPORTANT REFUND INFORMATION: It may take up to 10 days for your refund to be credited back to your account after receiving your request and receiving all physical materials from you.
Although it is not a requirement for you to tell us why you have requested a refund, the reason would be very helpful to us. This feedback is really helpful for us to make better products and improve our sales process. We would like every customer to be completely satisfied and your feedback can help us to achieve that!
